Step One - Get a Ballpark Estimate

The best way to get started is with our ballpark estimate. Give us a call and in just a few minutes we can provide you with an estimated price range for your project. You don’t have to have exact measurements or photos for this part - this will just give you a very general idea of how much your project might cost.


 

Step Two - Schedule an On-Site Visit

To get a more accurate cost, give us a call and schedule an on-site visit with one of our professional estimating team members. We'll meet you on-site to take measurements and listen to your input for site-specific additions and considerations. It's a great opportunity for you to ask questions too.

The cost for an on-site visit is $35 for the Anchorage/Eagle River Area and $65 for areas north of Eagle River or Girdwood. If you decide to sign a contract with us, that fee will be refunded to you.


 

Step Three - Receive and Review Your Bid

About one week after your on-site vist (2-3 weeks during the busy season), we'll send you a detailed, itemized bid complete with a 2-dimensional rendering of how your project will look. The bid will include multiple price points for materials and add-on options so you can adjust the price depending on which materials you want to use.

You can always call or email us with follow up questions or to request revisions to your quote. If you're unsure about which materials you want to use, you can also stop by our showroom to see samples and examples in person.

Once you've made your selections, we'll put together a contract for you and add you to our building schedule!
