Our construction team consists of:

EXPERIENCED CARPENTERS: We employ carpenters with independent
experience in quality rough and finish carpentry.  Treeline Construction is
a high end deck, dock and pile driving construction company using
materials such as Trex, Hardwoods, and cedar.  If your experience in
rough carpentry does not include the products that Alaska Treeline builds
with, but you are willing to learn new installation methods for our products,
we are interested in training you.  Employment begins with a minimum 2
week probation period.  Our carpenter position is a full-time, permanent
(year-round) position.

CARPENTER APPRENTICE: If you have some knowledge and/or
experience in construction, but do not qualify as a journeyman, you may
be eligible for an apprenticeship at Treeline.  Employment includes on the
job training with experienced carpenters.  An apprentice has extensive
carpentry experience but is not quite ready to take on a complete project
independently. The carpenter apprentice position is a full-time,
permanent (year-round) position.

SKILLED LABORER:  Individuals with a desire to work hard in a team
environment may be interested in a Skilled Laborer position.  A skilled
laborer may be someone with an interest to learn carpentry or someone
who is simply a great worker.  Welding experience is a plus.  Previous
construction experience is preferred. This position can be permanent or
seasonal, full-time or part time.

OFFICE STAFF:  The year-round office maintains the first line of
communication with customers, performing marketing strategies, creating
estimates and contracts, maintaining the show room, accounts payable
and receivable, etc.  Full-time and part time positions may be

SALES STAFF:  Treeline employs knowledgeable and friendly sales
staff.  These individuals must be highly motivated to grow the company
and may be eligible for significant incentives based on performance.  
Experience in sales is a must.  Construction background is helpful, but not
necessarily required.

DRAFTER:  To-scale and 3-D drawings are critical to the communication
and professionalism that Treeline offers, and the drafting position
provides a key ingredient to the sales success.  Additionally, the  drafter
may be given some sales tasks and general office tasks.
